AZB & Partners Advises Warbug Pincus In Raising $125 Million For Whatfix

AZB & Partners advised lead investor and global private equity firm Warburg Pincus in raising US$ 125 million along with SoftBank for Whatfix, which is a global leader among digital adoption platforms (DAPs).

Following this round of investment, the company which was started a decade ago is now valued at $900 million.

The deal team comprised of Senior Partners Vaidhyanadhan Iyer and Bhuvana Veeraragavan, Senior Associate Ashutosh Merchant, Associates Gopika Menon, Anjali Sasikumar, Shivani Verma and Manhar Chaudhary. They were supported by Senior Associates Rhea Ghanshani and Rashmee Kumar on IP aspects; and Partner Bharat V Budholia and Senior Associate Varun Thakur on competition law aspects.
