Cyril Amarchand Advised BPCL In Securing Finance For Expansion Of Refinery In MP

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) in availing a rupee facility aggregating to INR 31,802 Crores from a consortium of banks and financial institutions led by State Bank of India, in relation to development and operation of a petrochemical complex by BPCL along with brownfield expansion of BPCL’s refinery capacity at Bina, Madhya Pradesh. This stands as one of the largest project finance deals in India in the Financial Year 2024-25.
