Poovayya & Co. Acted as legal counsel to Hopkins Healthcare in its issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to ₹208 crores to BlackRock. Poovayya & Co. Team advised on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the transaction documents. The funding will support Hopkins Healthcare’s capital expenditures and business expansion, strengthening its presence in the healthcare sector. Hopkins Healthcare, headquartered in Bengaluru, operates hospitals and diagnostic centers across the city.
