Poovayya & Co. Advised Gillidanda Tech Pvt Ltd (MetaShot), a Bengaluru-based gaming company, in its seed round of funding from Sauce.vc and Sharrp Ventures.

Poovayya & Co.’s team was led by Partner Siddhartha George with support from Senior Associate Neytra Nayak and Associate Shagun Singh.

MetaShot has developed a smart phygital cricket bat that aims to provide consumers with a console-like gaming experience on their smartphones. The round was led by early-stage venture capital firm Sauce.vc, along with Sharrp Ventures and Panthera Peak.
