Saraf and Partners advises Fortis Healthcare on its acquisition of Shrimann Superspeciality Hospital, Jalandhar. Fortis Hospotel Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortis Healthcare Limited, has entered into definitive agreements for the acquisition of Shrimann Superspecialty Hospital, Jalandhar from Shriman Enterprises (a partnership firm) by way of a slump sale, for an overall purchase consideration of approximately INR 462 crores.

The transaction team was led by Senior Partner Vaibhav Kakkar along with Partners Sahil Arora and Debarpan Ghosh. Additionally, the real estate team was led by Senior Partner Saroj Kumar Jha.
