Trilegal advised Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) on its joint venture with Pegatron Corporation, Taiwan – Pegatron Technology India Private Limited (PTI). Tata Electronics Systems Solutions Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of TEPL) has acquired a 60% equity stake in PTI. This partnership between Tata and Pegatron will boost Tata’s iPhone manufacturing plans in India and marks a significant milestone in the evolution of India’s electronics manufacturing sector.
