OffBeat Studios, founded by Aman Gupta, co-founder of boAt, has raised Series Seed funding in a round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Reed India.
The transaction involved a cross-border investment into the Indian company, including participation from a Mauritius-based investor as well as an India-based employee benefit trust.
Trilegal advised OffBeat Studios Private Limited and its founder, Aman Gupta, on the transaction.
