Freshfields, Trilegal, Khaitan, Dechert Act On Blackstone’s Sale Of Stake In Qlar Group To Everstone Capital

Freshfields, Trilegal, Khaitan & Co and Dechert LLP advised on Blackstone’s divestment from Qlar Group to Everstone Capital.

Blackstone has divested it’s stake in Qlar Group, formerly known as Schenck Process, to Everstone Capital.

Qlar Group develops and manufactures sustainable industrial process solutions including weighing, feeding, conveying, milling and grinding technologies. Headquartered in Darmstadt, Germany, the company employs more than 1,100 people and operates across Europe, China and India, serving industries including chemicals and performance materials, infrastructure, energy and alternative fuels.

Freshfields advised Blackstone on the divestment from Qlar Group.
