IC RegFin Legal Partners, Samvad Partners and Bharucha & Partners advised on Jurisphere.ai’s USD 2.2 million seed funding round.

Jurisphere.ai (Coresphere100 Technologies Private Limited), an AI-driven legal technology platform focused on automated document review, contract analysis and legal research, has raised USD 2.2 million in its seed funding round.

The round was led by Info Edge Ventures, with participation from Antler, Flourish Ventures and 8i Ventures.

The funding will support the company’s global expansion plans and development of its AI-powered legal professional network.

IC RegFin Legal Partners LLP advised Antler on its investment in Jurisphere.ai.

The team comprised Partner Abhisshek Singlla and Associate Rose J.

Samvad Partners advised 8i Ventures on its investment in Jurisphere.ai.

The team was led by Partners Junaira Rahman and Gauri Khanna, supported by Associates Shivi Shrivastava and Ayush Rastogi.

Bharucha & Partners advised Flourish Ventures.
