Bharat Forge Limited has acquired a stake in Fortuna Engineering Private Limited from the company and its promoters.
Fortuna Engineering is engaged in the manufacturing of connecting rods, camshafts and fixtures required for their manufacturing for original equipment manufacturers across automotive and off-road applications.
Bharat Forge manufactures critical and safety components for sectors including automobiles, oil and gas, aerospace, locomotives, marine, energy, construction, mining and general engineering.
