ACME Solar Holdings is one of India’s leading renewable energy companies, with a diversified portfolio spanning firm and dispatchable renewable energy, battery energy storage systems, solar, hybrid and wind projects.
SAM acted as Indian legal counsel to ACME Solar Holdings Limited in connection with the QIP.
