JSA and Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised on the up to USD 345,100,000 rupee term loan facilities availed by Serentica Renewables India 1 Private Limited from Asian Development Bank, New Development Bank and two other lenders.
The financing will be used to develop a solar-wind hybrid renewable energy captive power project in Karnataka, including the construction of solar and wind generation facilities and associated transmission infrastructure, as well as to refinance the borrower’s existing project debt.
