Squire Patton Boggs and Khaitan & Co advised Kimball Electronics on the €90 million acquisition of Helvoet Polymer Technologies.

Kimball Electronics, Inc. has agreed to acquire 100% of the share capital of Helvoet Polymer Technologies B.V. for a purchase price of €90 million (approximately US$103 million), excluding working capital, customary adjustments and acquisition-related costs. The transaction includes Helvoet Rubber & Plastics Technologies (India) Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of Helvoet.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, Helvoet is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specialising in high-performance polymer and elastomer components used in health tech, food tech, new energy and mobility. The acquisition strengthens Kimball Electronics’ capabilities in regulated manufacturing and expands its footprint across Europe and India.
