Fox and Mandal has announced that Prashaant Vikram Rajput has joined as a Partner in Mumbai. He has joined the Capital Markets & Securities Law practice.
Prashaant has over two decades of experience in equity and debt capital market transactions, advising clients across a broad spectrum of sectors including defence, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy, hospitality, entertainment, mining, oil and gas, real estate, financial services, and banking.
Prashaant has been recognised as a ‘Notable Practitioner’ by IFLR1000 2025 and has also featured in ‘RISE lawyers 2026’ for capital markets. He has earlier worked with ELP, Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, and Dentons Link Legal.
Prashaant is a graduate of Amity Law School, New Delhi. He has over 18 years of experience and has advised on capital market transactions, including initial and follow-on public offers, rights issues, qualified institution placements, AIM listings, Business Trust Listings, ADR/GDRs, FCCBs, and medium-term note offerings.
