Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised on Juniper Green Energy’s INR 1,800 crore IPO.
Juniper Green Energy Limited undertook an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 80,009,150 equity shares aggregating to INR 1,800 crore. The issue represented 14.06% of the company’s post-issue paid-up equity share capital and included a reservation for eligible employees. Juniper Green Energy develops, builds, operates and maintains utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid and battery energy storage system projects.
The IPO was subscribed 8.69 times overall, including 27.44 times by qualified institutional buyers.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised the book-running lead managers — ICICI Securities, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India), JM Financial and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company on the IPO.
The transaction was led by Partner Abhiroop Lahiri, with support from Principal Associate Chinar Gupta; Senior Associates Medhashree Verma and Shreya Jain; and Associates Ritvik Maheshwari, Sanskar Modi and Sayor Ray.
