Khaitan, CAM, Hogan Lovells Advised On Molbio Diagnostics’ ₹940 Cr IPO

Khaitan & Co, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) and Hogan Lovells advised on Molbio Diagnostics’ INR 939.6 crore IPO.

The IPO was subscribed 70.26 times overall, including 186.39 times by qualified institutional buyers.

The offering comprised a fresh issue and an offer for sale by certain existing shareholders, including certain promoters and India Business Excellence Fund III, aggregating to INR 9,396.96 million. The BRLMs were Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited.

Khaitan & Co advised Molbio Diagnostics Limited on its initial public offering.

The deal team included Abhimanyu Bhattacharya, Gautham Srinivas, Sathvik Ponnappa, Sanjeev Chowdhary, Vaishnavi Gupta, Mainak Pani and Shambhavi Gautam.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the book-running lead managers (BRLMs) on Molbio Diagnostics’ IPO.

The transaction team was led by Senior Partner Yash J Ashar and Partner Priyadarshini Rao, with assistance from Senior Associate Raksha Raina and Associates Prakhar Jain, Janhavi Deshmukh, Zubin Ronnie, Aria Sheth and Namita Kaushik.

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader served as the international counsel for the Book Running Lead Managers. The capital markets team was led by head of the India practice and Dubai office managing Partner Biswajit Chatterjee, with support from Counsel Varun Jetly and Senior Associate Aditya Rajput.
