Khaitan & Co and JSA advised on Belrise Industries’ acquisition of Hyva India’s tipper body business.
Belrise Industries, an Indian automotive components manufacturer, has agreed to acquire the India Tipper Body Business of Hyva (India) Private Limited, a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders and tipper systems for commercial vehicles.
JSA advised Belrise Industries Limited on the transaction.
The team was led by Partner Kushal Ramotre, with strategic inputs from Partner Siddharth Mody and support from Senior Associate Ayushi Berry, Associate Priankita Das and Junior Associate Ishika Mehta.
Khaitan & Co advised Hyva India, the seller, on the sale of its tipper business.
