Universal Legal and JSA advised on Peeko’s US$7 million Series A funding round.
Peeko, a baby-care quick-commerce platform for new-age parents, has raised US$7 million (₹67.4 crore) in its Series A funding round, led by Chiratae Ventures, with participation from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners and angel investors. The funding will support Peeko’s growth and expansion of its platform for new-age parents.

The transaction was led by Partner Neha Sehgal, with support from Senior Associate Ruchita Krishnan and Associate Noopur T.
JSA advised Chiratae Ventures and Stellaris Venture Partners in connection with their investments in Haapki Moms Private Limited (Peeko) as part of the Series A round. Chiratae Ventures invested for a 16.16% stake, while Stellaris Venture Partners invested for a 24.85% stake.
The JSA team was led by Partner Rashi Saraf, with support from Principal Associate Riya Gupta, Associates Yash Borana and Nehal Kharyal.
