Noerr and AZB & Partners advised Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on €320 million acquisition of Porsche’s IT consulting arm, MHP.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is acquiring 100% of MHP Management-und IT-Beratung GmbH, Porsche’s Germany-based management and IT consulting subsidiary, for an enterprise value of €320 million. The acquisition forms part of a strategic partnership between TCS and Porsche to drive AI transformation across the mobility value chain, anchored in next-generation manufacturing technologies and software-defined mobility. As part of the transaction, Porsche has entered into a five-year strategic agreement with MHP and TCS, with anticipated revenues of €1.25 billion. The proposed acquisition and partnership remain subject to regulatory approvals.
