JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA), one of India’s leading full-service law firms, has announced the addition of Ishan Gaur as Partner in its New Delhi office, further strengthening the firm’s disputes practice.
With over 15 years of experience, Ishan has advised and represented a diverse range of domestic and international clients across complex commercial, regulatory and contentious matters before various court and tribunals. He has advised and represented leading Indian and multinational corporations in complex domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
His experience spans sectors including infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, FMCG, and financial services. He has advised clients on regulatory proceedings and investigations, product liability, environmental and statutory compliance, insolvency and restructuring, shareholder and investment disputes, and complex commercial claims.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with leading Indian law firms including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Karanjawala & Co.

A graduate of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, New Delhi, Ishan completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in 2011 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
