Global law firm Freshfields has announced the expansion of its Global M&A and Capital practice with the appointment of Pablo González Mosqueira as a Partner to lead the Private Equity team in Madrid.
With over two decades of experience in corporate law, Pablo is one of the leading lawyers in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions in the Spanish market.
His practice combines deep technical expertise with a strategic approach, enabling him to guide private equity houses, financial sponsors and major corporate clients through the most complex and high-profile transactions in a wide range of sectors. Pablo is also highly experienced in public M&A transactions, including public takeover bids, acquisitions and disposals of minority stakes, capital increases and other corporate transactions. He advises Spanish and international clients on corporate transactions including joint ventures and capital markets transactions.
