Samisti Legal and Vertices Partners advised on First Bridge’s INR 100 crore investment in Balwaan Krishi.

Balwaan Krishi (Modish Tractoraurkisan Private Limited) raised INR 100 crore in a Series B funding round, with First Bridge Investment Managers (P) Ltd India investing INR 70 crore as the lead investor.

Samisti Legal acted as legal counsel to Balwaan Krishi in connection with the equity investment by First Bridge, including conducting the Vendor Legal Due Diligence for the transaction.

The transaction was led by Prashant Jain and Anita Baid. The legal due diligence was led by Abhishek Gupta, while the corporate secretarial diligence was led by CS Arihant Jain.

Vertices Partners advised its long-standing clients First Bridge Investment Managers (P) Ltd India as it invested INR 70 crore (USD 7.29 million) of the INR 100 crore (USD 10.4 million) raised by Balwaan Krishi in this Series B funding round.

The transaction was led by Partner Vikrant Anand along with a team that included Associate Manager Sajal Jain and Associates Liji Anna Thomas and Mansi Dixit. Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.
