Open World completed its reverse merger with a wholly owned subsidiary of VerifyMe, Inc. on September 30, 2026. Effective from October 1, 2026, VerifyMe changed its name to OpenWorld, Inc., with its common stock beginning to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol OPNW.
Founded in 2023, Open World is a technology-powered digital assets and blockchain innovation company that brings real-world assets on-chain. Its capabilities include real-world asset tokenisation, stablecoin infrastructure and capital markets advisory, with active engagements across the United States, GCC, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa. VerifyMe provided specialised logistics for time- and temperature-sensitive products, as well as brand protection and enhancement solutions.
