Trilegal and Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised on Dosti Realty’s IPO.

Dosti Realty Limited proposed an initial public offering of its equity shares comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The pre-filed draft herring prospectus was filed confidentially with SEBI on September 29, 2026.

Trilegal is advising Dosti Realty Limited as its legal advisor as to Indian law in connection with the proposed initial public offering of its equity shares of face value of INR 5 each comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale.
