Khaitan & Co and JSA advised on Boldfit’s INR 400 crore Series B fundraise.

Bling Brands Private Limited, which operates the sports and fitness brand Boldfit, raised INR 400 crore in a Series B funding round from Bharat Value Fund, managed by The Wealth Company.

The fundraise marks a significant investment in the company’s growth in India’s sports and fitness market.

Khaitan & Co advised Bling Brands on the fundraise.

The core team consisted of Aniruddha Basu, Vivek Narayan, Insaf Ahamad, Anushka Rohilla and Shreya Srivastava.

JSA advised Bharat Value Fund on its investment in Bling Brands Private Limited (Boldfit) as part of the Series B fundraise.
