Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas announced that Meher Mehta has joined the firm as a Partner in the Corporate Practice at the Delhi-NCR office.
Meher has over 12 years of experience in the corporate and M&A practice, which includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment/cross-border and listed-company transactions, regulatory and general corporate matters. Meher has significant sector experience across real estate (including real estate investment trusts), technology, logistics, healthcare and infrastructure sectors, including airports and telecommunications.

Meher graduated from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2014 after pursuing Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi in 2011.
She has also been recognised as Rising Star of the Year for Corporate and M&A in the Legal500 India Awards 2024; Rising Star for Corporate and M&A and Financial Services Regulatory by IFLR1000 and as a Recommended Lawyer by Legal500 Asia-Pacific for Corporate and M&A.
