Juris Corp represented Emami Frank Ross Limited, an entity of the Emami group, engaged in the business of online and retail medicine stores, in the issuance and allotment of listed and unlisted non-convertible debentures (“NCDs”). Juris Corp advised on the Indian laws and regulations.
The dynamic team assisted in the listing of NCDs which were subscribed by a mutual fund. The debentures were guaranteed by subsidiaries of Emami Limited and were secured interalia by pledge of listed shares of Emami Limited and mortgage over immovable property situated at Jhansi
