Veritas Legal, Advocates and Solicitors acted and advised Epiq Capital in a follow-on financing round for delivery service company Zepto which raised an amount of US$340 million along with other investors.

The funding was led by General Catalyst along with Mars Growth Capital and Epiq Capital. As per the Economic Times, after this deal, the valuation for Zepto jumped to $5 billion.

Moreover, with this, the team at Veritas Legal assisted Epiq Capital in negotiating and drafting of the transaction documents and reviewing the due diligence reports on Zepto. Senior Partner, Tushar Raut along with Principal Associate, Ankit Kumar, Associates Anamika and Kritvi Kumar worked on this deal.
