Samvad Partners advised 8i Ventures, in their investment in the Series A fund raise of Boba Bhai Ventures Private Limited. Boba Bhai raised approximately INR 30 crores in the funding round, led by 8i Ventures. Boba Bhai is engaged in the business of tech-enabled quick service restaurant chain for bubble teas and Korean burgers.

The Samvad team consisting of Partners Junaira Rahman and Gauri Khanna, Senior Associate Oshin Taneja and Associate Aditi Bose, were involved in the transaction.
