Khaitan & Co advised Xpandr Ventures India on acquiring leasehold rights for a 40,250 sq. Ft. Commercial office space in Bengaluru. The space will be used to operate co-working spaces under the ‘Hive’ brand.

The deal team included Sudheer Madamaiah, Pavithra Thammaiah, Kartik Shiv Kumar, and Esha Shah.
