Trilegal successfully advised the book-running lead managers, ICICI Securities and HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) in the qualified institutions’ placement by Hitachi Energy India, aggregating close to USD 300 million. This is the largest Indian QIP offering to date in the current calendar year.
