Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) advised ICICI Bank Limited on its INR 509.34 crore project financing facility provided to Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway Private Limited for the development of a 6-lane greenfield highway in Punjab, India.

The transaction was led by Partners, Dnyanraj Desai and Soummo Biswas with assistance from Associates, Aakaansha Arya; Shravani Bhide; and Amandeep Saini.
