Trilegal Advised Multiples In Setting Up $430 Million Inaugural Continuation Fund

Trilegal team represented Multiples in the setting up of its inaugural continuation fund, worth approximately USD 430 million. This transaction marks the first-ever multi-asset secondaries transaction in India.

It was led by a consortium of four lead investors based in different geographies and was well oversubscribed. The transaction provided Fund II investors an opportunity to monetize the performance of a portfolio of highly successful investments, while select Fund II investors elected to re-invest in the continuation fund in support of Multiples’ continued ownership of the companies.
