Wadia Ghandy & Co. Represented the Kanakia Group in a joint venture with Hines India, Sumitomo Corporation and Mitsubishi Estate for development of a premium commercial project near Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).

The project will be developed on a 3-acre land parcel owned by the Kanakia Group.

The team was led by Managing Partner Dhawal Mehta, Partners Jasmine Sheth Kachalia, & Tanvi Shah, Senior Associate Tejasvi Sarvaiya and Associate Madhurita Parwani.
