Anagram Partners Advised ReNew On Stake Sale In Solar Project To IndiGrid Infra

Anagram Partners advised ReNew on the sale of its stake in ReNew Surya Ayaan, a 300 MW solar power project, and Koppal Narendra Transmission to IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust at a combined enterprise value of over INR 21 billion.
