ThinkLaw, Advocates advised and assisted Walko Food Company Private Limited, the parent company of popular ice cream brands NIC Ice Cream and Grameen Kulfi, in its acquisition of Scoop Some More Private Limited, which owns the Meemee’s brand.
ThinkLaw provided end-to-end legal support on the transaction, including conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, and finalising the share purchase and shareholders’ agreements. The firm also assisted with all closing-related activities.
