S&R Associates represented MakeMyTrip Limited, a leading travel service provider listed on the Nasdaq Global Market, as Indian legal counsel in its USD 3.1 billion concurrent offerings comprising a USD 1.65 billion public offering of ordinary shares and a USD 1.43 billion private placement of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2030.
S&R has represented its client MakeMyTrip for 15 years since its 2010 initial public offering.
