CMS IndusLaw advised Pravega Ventures on its lead investment in the STK Credit Private Limited, popularly known as InPrime, a Bengaluru-based non-banking financial company (NBFC) focused on underserved segments of the Indian credit market.
The round also saw participation from existing investors including Z47, Kettleborough VC Fund I, and IE Venture Investment Fund II. InPrime, known for its tech-enabled lending solutions tailored to the financial needs of new-to-credit and underserved borrowers, has previously secured backing from prominent angel investors Kunal Bahl and Rohit Kumar Bansal.
