White & Case Adds Five New Partners To Its M&A Practice

White & Case announced that five new partners have joined their M&A practice in June, namely, Helen Croke, Nicholas Boyle, Stephen Culhane, Alberto Sepulveda, and Sonia Tubiana.

Helen Croke is a Private Equity lawyer who advises global sponsors on UK and international transactions. Her arrival strengthens the firm’s position in London—Europe’s PE hub.

Nicholas Boyle brings critical IT, data and cyber expertise to complex transactions. His addition supports the digital backbone of APAC deals including carve-outs, integrations and data center projects.

Stephen Culhane advises sponsors on fund formation, governance and secondaries. His deep experience enhances the firm’s end to end support for Private Equity clients globally.

Alberto Sepulveda rejoined the firm, bringing deep experience from Walmart de Mexico and a strong track record in M&A, capital markets and regulatory matters.

Sonia Tubiana advises on complex cross-border and domestic deals. Her arrival adds momentum to the firm’s growing private equity presence in France.
