Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised Embassy Office Parks REIT (“Issuer”) in an issuance of Indian rupee denominated, listed, rated, secured, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 7,500,000,000 by the Issuer.
The issuer, India’s first real estate investment trust, also raised ₹800 Cr through a term loan.
