LegaLogic advised Pentathlon Ventures in relation to their investment in Nikunj Healthcare Technologies Private Limited (AyushPay), a company helping lenders and NBFCs design low-interest medical loan offerings for their borrowers by enabling partnerships with hospitals. The total deal value is $6.63 Million.

LegaLogic Consulting was the sole legal counsel for Pentathlon and advised on due diligence, drafting, negotiation and finalization of the transaction documents.
