Khaitan & Co advised Aditya Infotech on its IPO aggregating to INR 13,000 million, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale.
The deal team included Gautham Srinivas, Sanjeev Chowdhary, Vaishnavi Gupta, Vanshika Chaudhry, Ujwal Zutshi, Sarvesh Sharma, Vidushi Tanya and Anubhav Jaiswal.
Trilegal advised the book-running lead managers, ICICI Securities and IIFL Capital Services (formerly known as IIFL Securities), on the IPO of equity shares of Aditya Infotech. Aditya Infotech offers a comprehensive portfolio of advanced video security and surveillance products, technologies, and solutions for both enterprise and consumer segments under its flagship ‘CP PLUS’ brand. The shares debuted at a 50.37% premium.
