Abhishek Kalra has re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Corporate Practice. He will be based in Mumbai office.
Abhishek brings with him over 12 years of post-qualification experience with expertise in Mergers & Acquisition and Private Equity. He has been advising multinational corporations and private equity clients on their investments, acquisitions, exits and related corporate governance.
Abhishek has extensive experience in handling transactions across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and IT sectors.
