This acquisition structured as a sale of business as a going concern on a slump sale basis for a lump sum consideration.
The acquisition will mark a significant step in Wibe Group’s strategy to expand its footprint in the fastgrowing Energy & Infrastructure sectors across India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
