Australia’s leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, announced that experienced corporate/M&A partner Ben Macdonald will be joining the firm.
Ben specialises in public and private M&A, joint ventures, capital raisings, corporate restructurings and corporate governance. His clients include ASX listed companies, large corporates, private equity groups and sovereign wealth funds.
