Kanchan has over 21 years of diverse experience, spanning Corporate & Commercial matters, M&A, Joint Ventures, Private Equity Investments (Seed/Equity), Foreign Investments, Business Transfers, cross border transactions across industries. She previously worked with Sembcorp Green Infra Private Limited, and Acme Solar, before joining JSA. Kanchan spent her formative years working at other top law firms and recently completed her tenure as a Vice President – Legal (Hydrogen and M&A projects) for Sembcorp Industries Ltd.
