Webber Wentzel & Bowmans Advised On iKhokha’s Acquisition By Nedbank For $94 Million

Webber Wentzel and Bowmans Gilfillan, Inc. advised on iKhokha’s ZAR 1.65 billion (approximately US$94 Million) acquisition by Nedbank Group.

iKhokha, founded in 2012, has grown to become one of South Africa’s leading payment solutions providers, processing over ZAR20 billion in transactions annually for merchants across the country. This acquisition represents Nedbank’s largest fintech investment to date and demonstrates continued investor confidence in the payments processing industry.

Webber Wentzel is advising iKhokha and its shareholders, including Crossfin and Apis Partners, on the landmark ZAR1.65 billion disposal of iKhokha to Nedbank Group Limited.
