Aritra Partners advised Lucira Jewelry (Divinecarat Lifestyles Private Limited) on their US$5.5 million maiden funding round led by Blume Ventures with participation from Spring Marketing Capital, SiriusOne Capital and a few prominent angel investors.
The deal team included Dheeraj Khanna, Sadashiva NT, Ajay Puranik, Rahul Roy, Abhishek Dutta, Sri Hari K, Priyal Gupta.
Bombay Law Chambers advised Spring Marketing Capital in its investment in Divinecarat Lifestyles Private Limited (Lucira Jewelry), a lab-grown diamond jewellery startup.
