Bombay Law Chambers (BLC) and Xander Law Associates advised on the Series A funding round of Morphing Machines, a fabless semiconductor IP startup. Morphing Machines was incubated at the Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, and is working towards building a silicon chip.
The semiconductor startup has raised INR 38.4 Cr (approx. $4.3 Mn) in its funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from investors such as Speciale Invest, IvyCap Ventures, Navam Capital, Golden Sparrow Ventures, IIMA Ventures, and DeVC.
Bombay Law Chambers advised Morphing Machines Private Limited. The deal team included Partners Parag Srivastava and Saumya Ramakrishnan along with Steeve James, Prerna Bharati.
Xander Law Associates advised lead investor IAN Alpha Fund. The funding round will help Morphing Machines build and test it’s next-generation many core processor, expand its engineering team, and advance commercial deployments in India, US and Europe.
