The fund raised will be used for working capital purposes.
Vertices Partners represented its long-standing clients SUGAR Cosmetics [Vellvette Lifestyle Private Limited] as it raised ₹15 Crores in Venture Debt from Stride Ventures Debt Fund.
The transaction was led by Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman, along with Partner Vikrant Anand, Senior Associate Anushree Pathak, Associate Manager, Mitali Hakani and Associate Srishti Singh.
Bombay Law Chambers represented Stride Ventures.
